As
far as exercise equipment go, the Ab Force is about the simplest
machine on the market. A roller blade with handles is what
makes up this ab machine and is definitesly something to keep
in mind when advertised as the cheapest abdominal exerciser.
Very
simliar to the Torso Tiger, Ab Dolly, and Ab Slide, you can
probably find it for $20.00 or under if you're willing to
hunt around for it, however, note that the others are only
slightly more in cost to the Ab Force.
While
the Ab Force is generally liked for its price, there have
been consumer reviews that portray the Ab Force as difficult
to use. Remeber that the it is made up of a thin roller blade,
which can be difficult to balance on, especially when you
have to blanace half of your body weight on it and move at
the same time. It may be wise to consider another alternative
if you are considerably overweight.
Besides the level of difficulty in using the Ab Force, there
isn't too much more to say about this ab machine. The only
thing to mention is that the lowest price for the Ab Force
is at AsOnTV.com. This site sells infomercial products for
considerably lower prices than on TV or in retail stores.
